Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of CEFALY’s social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Work with the marketing team in brainstorming sessions and campaigns management.
- Paid media assistance.
- Assist in engaging with our community by responding to questions and comments on social platforms.
- Help plan and create content, including writing social copy and assisting in the production of video content.
- Help plan and create content for email, sms, blogs and website.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand CEFALY’s reach and earned media.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage our audience in new and creative ways.
- Assist with analyzing social media performance and reporting key metrics (KPIs).
- Help route customer inquiries to the appropriate teams (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) via social media and review systems.
- Stay up to date on new social media platforms and tools to ensure CEFALY’s digital presence remains relevant.
- Work closely with the marketing team and our vendors.
