We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a role in our team operations and to help coordinate consumer and digital marketing campaigns. The role is cross-functional and requires bringing many internal and external teams together to launch important strategic projects and major marketing activations.

In this role you will

  • Drive the day-to-day operations of our marketing campaigns
    • Partner with internal and external marketing teams to define objectives and strategy for each campaign
    • Be involved with the scoping for each initiative, and assist in creating the relevant project plan including timelines/milestones and key deliverables
    • Coordinate projects on a day-to-day basis, tracking progress and partnering with internal colleagues and agencies to ensure they are meeting their deliverables
    • Assist with Social Media marketing (video editing experience a plus)
    • Help schedule team events and cross functional team meetings
  • Problem solve issues as they arise; focus on opportunities to balance speed with quality
    • Identify bottlenecks/blockers, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs
  • Website QA, analyze data, and share feedback to optimize performance
  • Analyze conversion channels and usage data via Tableau / Google Analytics and other tools
  • Maintain Marketing Calendar

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer digital marketing or advertising driven by conversion
  • Experience with social media marketing across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
  • Marketing expertise - you feel driven to understand the whole marketing funnel
  • Project management abilities - identify objectives and coordinate the team around them
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with BI platforms, e.g. Tableau, Adobe, or Google Analytics a plus

This position will work on a hybrid schedule and will be based in the Darien, CT office
