CEFALY Technology is hiring an Associate Trainer to join our Training team to provide an excellent customer experience. This is a remote position that requires 60-70% travel.
What you'll be doing:
As a Associate Trainer, you will directly contribute to the success of the organization by delivering a world-class customer training experience. This involves educating new and existing customers, aiding in finding new sales opportunities, and contributing to on-going projects that aim to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.
This is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, and requires someone who can multitask and is a great communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cefaly educational in-services virtually and in person
- VA
- Commercial
- Residency/University Learning Programs
- Collect information for in-service attendees/other department contacts and add to Salesforce
- Send follow up training correspondence and fill out all related training forms
- Expand the current VA device usage to additional departments in Main Hospitals, CBOCs and Community Clinics
- Create In-service and call notes in Salesforce
- Conduct and log any clinical calls from accounts
- Thinkific Training expansion
- Work with Marketing on patient education materials for the field
- In-house Cefaly training
- Attending trade shows/ industry days
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of outside sales experience- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred
- Must be able to multitask with excellent time management
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to travel 60-70%
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Prior medical device sales experience (VA experience a plus)
- Experience in direct-to-consumer goods industry
