Manager of Acquisition & Retention Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong Acquisition & Retention/Lifecycle Messaging background to assist in building a best-in-class direct-to-consumer medical device organization that communicates the CEFALY brand message.

In this role, you will manage paid media channels (paid search, shopping, display, paid social, affiliate) in addition to customer lifecycle messaging. You will be focused on driving qualified traffic to our site, increasing customer life-time value (LTV), and partnering across the organization to achieve aggressive revenue goals. The ideal candidate has direct-to-consumer experience in performance-based marketing, customer lifecycle communication, and thrives in a data-driven environment. The Manager of Acquisition and Retention is part of CEFALY’s Marketing team reporting into the Vice President, Marketing.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of paid media channels including paid search, display, paid social, retargeting, and affiliate marketing
  • Engage and maintain multiple agency relationships and cross-organizational teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns in each channel
  • Create and maintain paid media, messaging and promotional calendars
  • Develop and execute strategy for data-driven dynamic product ads, including optimization of product feeds and next generation dynamic creative
  • Perform analysis to optimize channels, find opportunities, and apply insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports/dashboards that effectively communicate the current state of business and program performance
  • Develop and implement opportunities to test and optimize performance (e.g. copy, landing page, and audience segmentation A/B testing)
  • Understand customer lifecycle journey and develop communication strategy for

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media or related area
  • 5+ years previous experience in acquisition, retention, and data-driven digital marketing, D2C preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent customer acquisition programs while maintaining ROI, CPA targets, and trackable KPIs across all channels
  • 5+ years of experience using analytics and digital management platforms such as SEM tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, etc.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing executions with a general understanding of best practices as it relates to SEO, SEM, campaign set-up, structure, creative and copy, shopping feed management, and landing page testing.
  • Strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
