Manager, WebOps/eCommerce

We are looking for a Digital Marketing/WebOps/eCommerce guru to assist in building a best-in-class direct-to-consumer medical device organization that communicates the CEFALY brand message.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Manager, WebOps/eComm , you would be critical towards achieving our success. Defining and executing on digital needs across marketing channels as well as the expansion of our eCommerce presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate eCommerce campaign operations, working cross-functionally to identify inventory, landing page optimization and provide paid media support
  • Identify and lead A/B testing opportunities on website and across channels
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for the VP Marketing
  • Support digital vendors and manage digital tools effectively
  • Maintain awareness of new marketing platforms, digital trends and techniques, and look for new opportunities to innovate
  • Serve as subject matter expert for the digital channels and consult with various stakeholders on digital media strategy
  • Build process documentation and keep records of campaign implementations and optimizations
  • Work closely with the VP, Marketing and Marketing team providing ad hoc support as needed
  • Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital marketing: email, paid media, social media or marketing position (client side or agency side)
  • College or University degree in marketing, digital, communication, or related field
  • Experience managing a website/brand with eCommerce functionality
  • Strong project management & analytic skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and CrazyEgg
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and CMS (shopify, WordPress)
  • Experience in direct to consumer goods industry
