We are looking for a skilled and effective eCommerce/Web Operations Manager to assist in building a best-in-class direct-to-consumer medical device organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding what is driving site traffic and conversion, identifying opportunities to improve, and partnering with agencies and cross-organizationally to drive continuous improvement in support of customer experience and aggressive revenue goals. You will have a mix of strategic and execution-oriented tasks to help support new product/program launches, promotions, and continuous customer journey improvements. This role needs a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker who is driven by data and has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. The Manager of eCommerce and Web Operations is part of CEFALY’s Marketing team reporting into the Vice President, Marketing.


  • Lead launch of new website features together with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage relationship with web development partner
  • Continuously increase conversions on the site through impeccable user experience (UX)
  • Strategize UX/UI and best practices to improve site experience by using heat mapping, site testing, online surveys, and user feedback testing
  • Run quality assurance (QA) on all new features, promos, product launches etc.
  • Design, monitor, analyze and report on all A/B site testing using Google Optimize or Optimizely
  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager features including variables, custom tags, triggers, etc. based on data strategy
  • Managing data layers on Google Analytics to organize data collection processes from platforms such as Facebook, Referrals, and Affiliates
  • Maintain Google Merchant Center and product feeds
  • Support Paid Media, Customer Retention/Service, and Branding initiatives


  • Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of e-Commerce management
  • Passionate about improving and facilitating the customer journey and know how to articulate users' stories and requirements
  • Excellent at project management and data-driven
  • Prior experience with A/B testing
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce and WooCommerce
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding/data visualization
  • Strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
